Our offers for the Junior Faculty
Are you leading a junior research group, do you hold a junior professorship, or are you working on your habilitation? Our offers for UA Ruhr's Junior Faculty are designed for the career goal of a university professorship and aim to increase networking with colleagues within the UA Ruhr.
The term Junior Faculty includes habilitation candidates, junior research group leaders, and junior professors (with and without tenure track) – i.e. all researchers who are already conducting independent research and aim for a professorship.
Supplement your expertise with our seminars in the areas of strategic research funding, appointment procedures, and leading your own working groups. Furthermore, network with peers within the UA Ruhr and deepen the seminar contents in subsequent individual coaching sessions.
The winter semester 2022/23 program is currently running.
Get in touch with your peers from the three UA Ruhr universities and international postdocs. An expert talk or a panel discussion will provide impetus on career-relevant topics.
